imageComponent.NET - image processing .NET assemblies

New website look and new version

by Hong 27. September 2008 16:54

It has been more than 2 years since last time ImageComponent.NET was re-designed, now I think it's time to update the style. I am always trying to make the look more professional and trustworthy, but I am not confident if the current one is good enough. So if you have any opinion on it, please please let me know. Thank you very much!

I abandoned my previous simple blog program that I wrote it myself. And changed to this beautiful BlogEnigne (thanks for their hard work), I modified the blog style to match my website style.

Another exciting news is, PhotoController version 2.2 is released. This time is a minor change. I added several new filters to do image composition. And changed some method modifiers in the BaseFilter, so it's more flexible to customize a filter. In fact, those changes in the BaseFilter are for the next version, which is in my mind now. Truely, I was planning to do a major update, but things came out I will be pretty busy next three months, and the major update might occupy me lots of time. Hence, I decided to release a minor upgrade for now.

The next version of CoolWatermark is also in my to-do-list. I have a few ideas, but I am not sure when exactly that will happen.
